GENERAL SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
RoyalNordicDesign employs a comprehensive logistics system under which it has partnerships with many world-leading international shipping companies including DHL, EMS, UPS, GLS, DPD and so on, to offer a fast and convenient door to door delivery to more than 100 countries.
We can ship our products to almost many countries around the world and can offer a free shipping service for most of them.
RoyalNordicDesign ships from various warehouses around the world. Convenient logistics methods are available for different countries or regions. Packages from local warehouse can be delivered within 7 business days at the earliest, and from China warehouse can be delivered within 14 business days at the earliest. The specific delivery time varies to different countries and different logistics methods.

YOUR DELIVERY PROCESS EXPLAINED
Immediately after placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. This email will include details about your purchase and the current stock status of each item.
If there's a delay in your delivery, we'll notify you via email as soon as we receive a new estimated delivery date from our supplier. You'll also be informed if any items are out of stock.
Once your order ships from our warehouse, you'll receive an email with a delivery note. This note will include a tracking link, allowing you to follow your order’s journey right to your doorstep or pick-up point.
Finally, you'll receive an Email notification when your parcel is available for collection or when to expect home delivery. Note that parcels might arrive at different times, but you can always track each shipment through the carrier's website.
EUROPEAN UNION VAT
From July 1, 2021, for commodity purchased from RoyalNordicDesign and delivered to the destination located in the European Union (EU), VAT has been included in its selling price and order value. You don't need to pay additional tax. RoyalNordicDesign will declare and pay VAT in accordance with relevant policies and requirements.

The Value Added Tax, or VAT, in the European Union is a general, broadly based consumption tax assessed on the value added to goods and services. It is borne ultimately by the final consumer and is charged as a percentage of price, including transportation fees and any other services included in the sale.
The VAT is often levied based on the price (considering both goods and shipping fees) at the applicable VAT rate. The VAT rate varies depending upon the type of commodities purchased in the final destination country/place. The standard VAT rate in the EU ranges from 17% to 27%, and some countries offer reduced rate applicable to certain types of commodities.
If you have paid for the order with VAT in RoyalNordicDesign, the VAT shall not be charged again by the customs/logistics provider. If you were charged again, please keep the invoice and submit to the Customer Service Team to get a refund of it. Please note: in this case, the administration costs that paid to the logistics provider can’t be refunded.
